Account data: Name, email address, preferred language
Usage data: Tests taken, scores, time spent, answers submitted
Payment data: Transaction ID, amount paid (card details handled by Razorpay — we never store card numbers)
Device data: IP address, browser type, device type (for security and analytics)

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve our exam preparation services
To personalise your learning experience and identify weak areas
To process payments and send receipts
To send important account notifications (no spam)
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Razorpay (payment processing), and hosting providers (server infrastructure). All partners are bound by data protection agreements.

4. AI and Question Generation

When generating questions, we send exam name, subject, and language to third-party AI APIs (DeepSeek, Gemini, or Claude). We do not send any personal user data to AI providers.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for login and preference storage. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law.

7. Your Rights

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and CSRF protection. However, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and keep it confidential.
